Jean Andre

Jean Andre, age 89 of 20881 State Highway 198, Saegertown, Pa passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the Crawford County Care Center. She was born March 31, 1924 in Meadville, PA. She married Norman Walter Weisman. He preceded her in death. She subsequently married Walter Andre. He preceded her in death. She had been employed at the Viscose in Meadville, PA. She was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ. She had cared for her grandson, Jeffery Weisman over the years. She is survived by a son, Norman E. Weisman and his wife, Veronica of Meadville, PA, Lawrence Weisman and his wife, Ruth of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a daughter, Eleanor Willoughby and her husband, James of Meadville, PA; four grandchildren, Donald Willoughby and his wife, Naomi of Saegertown, PA., David Willoughby of Meadville, PA, Jeffery Weisman of Titusville, PA, and Carol Willoughby of Meadville, PA., three great-grandchildren; Brian Willoughby of Saegertown, PA., Allan Rounds and his wife, Leslie of Meadville, PA., and Ian Willoughby of Meadville, PA, and three great-great-grandchildren; Holden Rounds, Ellora Rounds, and Rhys Rounds. A special niece, Judy Krytzer and her children, Jeremy, Sequoia and Travis and a special nephew, John Spratt who both helped Jean over the years. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins. Calling hour will be held at Hatheway-Tedesco funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA, on Tuesday from 2PM until time of the funeral service at 3 PM with Rev. David McAfee, pastor of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, officiating. Inurnment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg, PA.
