Jean Ann Kach

Jean A. Kach, 93, former resident of Conneaut Lake and Espyville, passed away at Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community  in Meadville, PA on January 15, 2020.

She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 24, 1926, the youngest of three children and the only daughter of John and Margaret Fries.

Jean was employed by Toteline Molded Fiberglass in Linesville, PA and Rite Aid Pharmacy in Conneaut Lake, PA.

Jean was known for her love of baking, especially her nut and apricot rolls during the holidays.  Those on her Christmas baking list looked forward to plates of her homemade goodies.  Not only known for her baking, she was also a wonderful cook.  Feeding the birds while living with her grandson was something she enjoyed very much.  Every morning she was up early to make sure the bird feeders were full and the humming birds had food.  She enjoyed her visits to Wyoming and Colorado to visit her daughter, granddaughters and great grandchildren.  Jean also enjoyed fishing.

She is survived by her two daughters, Karin Sinnovich of Worland, WY and Susan Marley-Reagle and her husband, Bruce of Cochranton, PA; three grandchildren, Robert Marley and his wife, Jennifer of Conneaut Lake, PA, Amanda Blood and her husband, Cole Dougherty of Lakewood, CO and Alissa Blood of Worland, WY; three great grandchildren, Rayvn Noecker of Casper, WY, Riley Blood and Myles Noecker of Worland, WY and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Thomas and Elmer.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services at this time.  A private memorial will be held at a later date.
