Jean A. Nickelson

Jean A. Nickelson, age 60, of Meadville, PA passed away on August 16, 2020 at her home after a battle with cancer.  She was born on February 20, 1960.  She married Jon Nickelson on March 22, 2007.  He survives.

Jean worked at Marathon Gas Station for 19 years.  She was a member of the American Legion Post #111 Auxillary, the VFW Post #169 Auxillary and Station 27.

Along with her husband, Jon, she is survived by her son, David Agens III of Townville,PA; her daughter, Jacquelyn Hawkins and her husband, Joseph of Meadville, PA; one brother, Arthur Eggleton of NY; one brother-in-law, Blaine Nickelson and his wife, Sandra of NY; her mother and father-in-law, John and Bernice Nickelson of Meadville, PA; close friends, Ruby Nolf, Dave King and Frank and Diana Coscia and her English Mastiffs, Nala and Brandie.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Eggleton and her brother, Clarence Eggleton.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA 16335. The American Legion Post #111 Auxillary will have a small service at 4:00 p.m.
