Jennifer Rebecca Brown

Jennifer Rebecca Gerritsen Brown passed away suddenly, January 17, 2014. She was born August 12, 1970, in Meadville, Pa. to Kenneth A. Gerritsen and Kathleen D. Terry Billingsley. She was a graduate of Antioch College in Yellow Springs, OH, and was currently pursuing her Master's Degree from Regis University. Jenny was a loving mother, daughter, and sister, and a loyal friend. Her two children were the light of her life. She was an accomplished illustrator with a beautiful singing voice and was passionate in her love of animals especially dogs. Her charisma was legendary and her wit was infectious. She will be greatly missed by all of her friends and family. Jenny was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Margaret Gerritsen and Richard and Dorothy Terry, and by her stepfather, James Billingsley. She is survived by her parents, her beloved children, Nicholas and Chloe Thompson, and her sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Penn Farr of Greensboro, NC. There will be no calling hours. The funeral will be performed at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home at the convenience of the family.
