Jenny Lee Linder

Jenny Lee Linder, 91, of Conneaut Lake passed away at home with her husband by her side on July 11, 2019.  She was born May 25, 1928 in Greenville, PA, the oldest daughter of Harvey and Alice (Locke) Axtell.

She was a 1947 graduate of the former Penn High School, Greenville.  She was an established beautician owning and operating her business from her home for over 40 years.

Jenny married LeRoy Linder on August 22, 1970.  Together they enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping.  Canada was a favored place to fish for many years.  In later years they would pack their travel trailer and head South for a few months to enjoy their “Snow Bird” status.  She cherished the friendships that they made along the way.

Jenny is survived by her husband of 49 years, LeRoy; two step-sons, Donald (Susan) Linder of Albion; Christopher (Donna) Linder of McKean; two sisters: Florence (Raymond) Oaks of Jamestown and Nancy Paul of Tennessee; a daughter-in-law, Cindy Reese; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, Charles J. Reese, Jr. and Thomas G. Reese; and a sister, Alice Myers.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
