Jerome “Keith” Feltenberger, age 69, of Meadville and formerly of Polk, PA passed away peacefully on November 5, 2019 at Crawford County Care Center. He was born November 24, 1949 in Franklin, PA to Patricia (Warrington) Feltenberger and the late Donald Feltenberger.
Keith graduated from Franklin High School. He was employed by Polk Center in his younger years and owned and operated his taxidermy shop “Trophy Taxidermy” in Polk and Meadville.
He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church.
Keith enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing softball when he was younger and playing horseshoes.
He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Linda Chatley of Meadville; his mother, Patricia Feltenberger of Polk, PA; one daughter, Justine Feltenberger of Erie, PA and one son, Joshua Feltenberger of Erie, PA; two sisters, Robin Phillips and her husband, Steve and Kim Haun and her husband, Dan all of Polk, PA; three brothers, Bruce Feltenberger and his wife, Joyce, Dean Feltenberger and his significant other, Julie Foster and Greg Feltenberger all of Polk, PA and his fishing partner, his beloved squirrel dog, Maggie.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A memorial service will be at Polk Presbyterian Church, 729 Main St. Polk, PA 16342, on Saturday, November 9, 2019 beginning at 3PM. In honor of Keith, friends and relatives are welcome to wear Camo if they choose.
