Joan Sutter

Joan Sutter, age 86, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Rolling Fields. She was born in Franklin, PA, on January 4, 1932, to Lloyd and Virginia Hied.  Joan Married LeRoy Sutter on December 25, 1950.  She worked at the Venango Post Office and Duerrs Flowers.  Joan was a true animal lover, adoring all dogs, especially her own.  She had many artistic abilities, and particularly loved painting.  Joan is survived by a daughter Paula Lee Wallace and her husband Kim, grandchildren:  Brian Wallace, Courtney Wallace, Lee Ann Scovil, Jennifer Zimmer, and 8 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Shirley McDuff, and her husband Frank: nieces , a nephew, and close friends Ron and Barbara Jean Giles.  Joan was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Sutter, a son LeRoy (Robbie) Sutter Jr., and her parents. A special thanks to the staff at Rolling Fields, and to Hospice of Crawford County, who lovingly cared for her.
