Judy Ann Dewoody

Judy Ann DeWoody, 76, of Spring Hill, FL and Edmore, MI passed away peacefully at home in Edmore, MI on Wednesday, July 11, 2018.             Judy was born September 14, 1941 in Meadville, PA, the daughter of the late Clarence and Winifred (Loper) DeWoody.  She worked at Fairbanks-Morse in Beloit, WI where she lived briefly and Talon Zipper in Meadville, PA before moving to Florida in l983.  While living in Florida, Judy worked as a file clerk at Gainesville Hospital and Oak Hill Hospital respectively. Upon retirement, Judy enjoyed travel to such places as Alaska, Hawaii, California, Arizona, a Caribbean Cruise, and cross country RV trips.             In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her son, Roger “Bill” Burkholder; her daughter, Cheryl Marvin; her sister, Sandra Rose, and a nephew, Randy Smock.             Judy is survived by her companion of nearly 8 years, George Rinard of Edmore, MI and Spring Hill, FL; daughters, Bonnie Krumlauf of Kent, OH, and Susan (Terry) McClellan, of Fairfield Glade, TN; 7 grandchildren, Amanda Morales, Roger Paige, Bryan Marvin, Alaina Marvin, Angela Schuster, Emily Finney and Cody Krumlauf; and 9 great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by brother, Ronald DeWoody; sister, Lois Peters; son-in-law, Pat Marvin, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.             Family will receive friends from 11 AM until time of the memorial service at 12 noon, on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335             Please sign Judy’s online guestbook at hatheway-tedesco.com             Arrangements handled by Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335
