Judy Ann Kimple

Judy A. Kimble, age 72, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, November 7, 2016.             She was born on October 29, 1944 in Meadville, PA the daughter of the late Alvin Leroy Kimple Sr. and Lorraine Boyersmith Kimple.                         Judy graduated from Meadville Area High School and earned her Associates Degree in Nursing. She was a Veteran of the United Sates Air Force, serving for seven and a half years. She was a nurse for twenty-five years. While being employed as a nurse she worked in the surgical, pediatrics, and operations unit. When she moved back to Pennsylvania she worked at the Veterans Hospital. She also worked the night shift at the Carousel House, Meadville, PA. She also worked at the Crawford Case Management Services. Judy was a member of St. Agatha Church. She loved playing bingo, playing cards, lottery tickets, and being around children.                          Judy is survived by her good friends she lived with: Jamie Hurlbert, Barb and Dennis Hopkins all of Meadville, PA, and children in her life: Alex Lilley, Katelyn Graves, Ellora Rounds, Rhys Rounds, Holden Rounds.             In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her brother Alvin Leroy Kimple Jr.             Family and friends are welcome to call on Friday, November 11, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335.             All are welcome to attend the Christian Burial Service on Saturday at 10 AM at the funeral home, with Father Jonathan Schmolt, officiating.
