Karen Kaufman

Karen M. Kaufman, age 73, of Saegertown, PA, passed away unexpectedly on May 19, 2020.  She was born July 18, 1946 in Meadville, PA to the late Robert K. and Margaret P. (Clancy) Goss.  She married Daniel Kaufman.  He survives.

Karen attended St. Brigid Elementary School and was a 1964 graduate of Meadville High School.  She retired from Greenleaf Corp. after 20 years of service in the insert plant.  She attended St. Brigid church.

She enjoyed her flowers, camping with husband in Tidioute and attending car shows.  She loved her trike and her PT Cruiser.  Most of all, Karen enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Karen is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dan.  She is also survived by one son, Phil Kaufman and his wife, Angie of Cochranton, PA and one daughter, Kim Boozell and her husband, Dave of Newark, OH; four grandchildren, Alysha Troutner, Todd Kaufman and Kyah and Calli Boozell; one sister, Debbie Pratt of Hendersonville, NC; two brothers, Ken Goss of Youngstown, OH and Bob Goss of Volusia, FL and one sister-in-law, Carol Pressey and her husband, Paul of Meadville, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A private memorial service will be held at the family’s convenience.
