Katheryn Deezik

Kathy J. Deezik, age 68 of Hartstown PA, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Meadville Medical Center after a brief illness.  She was born on February 14, 1954 in Port Townsend, WA, the daughter of John Siebenbaum and Eleanor (Imislund) Stickney whom survive. She was married to Jack Deezik for 46 years; he survives.

Kathy graduated from Port Townsend High School in 1972.

She enjoyed cooking and baking, crocheting, playing the accordion, music and singing, going for drives with her husband in their 69 Camaro, enjoying time with her grandchildren and spoiling her beloved pets.

In addition to her parents and husband Jack, Kathy is survived by two daughters, Kristy (Deezik) Costner and her husband, Cameron of Meadville, PA and Jacey (Deezik) Lewis and her husband, Benjamin of Hartstown, PA; three grandchildren, Mila Lewis, Anthony Costner, Tucker Lewis; two sisters, Jeanie Orr and her husband, Michael of Port Townsend, WA and Janie Kent of North Bend WA; one brother, John Siebenbaum of Tukwila, WA; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Randolph; a grandmother, Frieda Imislund; a sister-in-law, Jane Zazado; and a nephew, Ryan Lynn.

There will be no calling hours, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
