Kathryn Horner

Kathryn M. Horner, age 40, of Harmonsburg, PA passed away May 14, 2021. She was born on June 19, 1980 to Anna (Quear) and Rodney Horner, Sr.

Kathy enjoyed life to the fullest.  She loved shopping.  She also loved spending time with her granddaughters and was excited for her newest grandchild’s arrival in October.  Kathy truly loved helping anyone that needed it.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters, Laren Horner and her companion, Skyler George of Meadville, PA and Alexis Hasbrouck and her husband, Ethan of North Carolina; a stepdaughter, Morgan Rotkovecz of Guys Mills, PA; three sisters, Nicole Floyd and her husband, Jim of New Castle, PA, Jennifer Merriman and her husband, Daniel of Meadville, PA and her twin sister, Dolores Tatters and her husband, Scott of Harmonsburg, PA; her granddaughters, Tanum, Autumn, Zoey and Elliana; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and her paternal grandmother, Helen Patterson of Meadville, PA.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Autumn Renee Horner; her brother, Rodney L. Horner Jr.; her nephew, Skylar Michael Horner; maternal grandparents, Delores and Kenneth Quear; paternal grandfather, Clarence Horner; uncle Kenneth Quear, Jr.; aunt Alesia Kurtz and her best friend, Tanum Renee Norrix.

A Celebration of Life for Kathy and her brother, Rodney Jr. will be held on May 29, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at Gibson Park in Harmonsburg, PA.
