Kipp Shongo

Kipp Henry Shongo, age 63, of Meadville, PA passed away Friday December 13, 2024 at his residence. He was born May 4, 1961 in Meadville, PA to the late Mifflin and Beatrice (Wentworth) Shongo.

Kipp was a graduate of Meadville Senior High School. He was employed by Advanced Cast and later Suit-Kote of Meadville, PA.

Kipp was a member of the Seneca Nation of Indians and a social member of Vernon Central Hose Company.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, art, music and he loved cooking.

Kipp is survived by one daughter, Christina Shongo of Meadville, PA; two sisters, Glenda Proper of Greenville, PA and Tammy Shongo of St. Joe, MO; one brother, Kim Shongo of Meadville, PA and many nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Kipp was preceded in death by a brother, Kevin Shongo.

As per Kipp’s wishes, there will be no services.
