Larry Mondack

Larry Eugene Mondack, age 79, of Meadville, PA passed away Tuesday July 14, 2026 at Kadima Rehabilitation and Nursing of Greenville, PA. He was born on May 17, 1947 in Meadville, PA to the late John and Clema (Levinsky) Mondack.

Larry graduated from Meadville High School in 1965. He worked for his father at John Mondack Trucking and Excavating throughout his teen years. He worked at Wheeler Auto and City Iron in Meadville, PA as a mechanic and he also worked as a self- employed mechanic.

He was raised in St Brigid Church.

He was a member of the Pioneer Steam and Gas Society and Meadville Amateur Radio Society (HAM Radio.) He enjoyed electrical and radio repair and he also liked restoring cars.

Larry is survived by his sisters, Jean Mondack of Meadville, PA and Elizabeth Becker of Pompano Beach, FL and his brother, Robert Mondack of Hollywood, FL and a few nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Mondack.

As per Larry’s request all services will be private. He will be laid to rest at St. Brigid Cemetery.
