Linda Schrader

Linda M. Schrader, age 72, of Vernon Township, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at home surrounded by family.  She was born on September 1, 1947 in Erie, PA to Alice Redfoot Strasser and the late Howard Strasser.  She married Richard E. Schrader.  He survives.

Linda graduated from the Business College of New Castle in 1967.  She was the co-owner of Schrader’s Cheese, Meat and Deli with her husband for 45 years until her retirement.

She was of Protestant Faith.  She enjoyed traveling.

Linda is survived by her mother; her husband of 52 years, Richard; one son, Richard T. Schrader and his wife, Deanna of Asheboro, NC; one granddaughter, Alyssa Schrader and her husband, Marcus Lunn of Leeds, England and one grandson, Alex Schrader in the Air Force in WA; one sister, Jane Hetz and her husband, Steve of Fairview, PA and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and an infant son, Ken.

A private service will be held at a later date.
