Lois Evangeline Pinkhouse

Lois Evangeline Pinkhouse, age 89 of Meadville, PA passed away on Monday, October 31, 2016 at Wesbury United Methodist Community.             Lois was born June 30, 1927 in Sheakleyville, PA the daughter of the late Arnold Ellsworth Vogan and Sarah Elizabeth Wagner Vogan. She married Robert Lawrence Pinkhouse on March 20, 1946. He preceded her in death on April 14, 1994.             She graduated from Cochranton High School. She retired as a teacher’s Aide with the Intermediate Unit #5. She previously worked at Talon.             Lois is survived by her son: Robert Lawrence Pinkhouse Jr. and his wife Deborah of Meadville, PA and three grandchildren: Michael Pinkhouse and his wife April, Joseph Pinkhouse and his wife Suzie and Jennifer Pinkhouse King and her husband Gig, five great-grandchildren: Christopher Pinkhouse, Corrine Pinkhouse, Kyle Pinkhouse, Caylee King and Corey King. She is further survived by nieces and nephews.             In addition to her parents and her husband, Lois was preceded in death by a son: John Pinkhouse, a brother: Willis Vogan and a sister: Frances Hibbard.             Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Greendale Cemetery, West Mead Township.
