Margaret E. Carr

Margaret E. "Peggy" Carr, age 76, of Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away on January 21, 2014 at the Edinboro Manor. She was born on May 17, 1937 in Meadville, PA, the daughter of the late William F. and Ellen Jane (McCracken) Carr. She had been employed as a receptionist at Wesbury and previously was employed as a receptionist/ switchboard operator at National Tel Tronics in Meadville, PA. She was a member of the Mercer United Methodist Church, Mercer, PA. She especially enjoyed her time gardening and golfing. She is survived by three sons; Greg Rust and his wife, Sandy of Albion, PA, Dana Rust of Cambridge Springs, PA, and David Rust of West Virginia; a daughter, Susan Wedig of Waller, Texas, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, a sister; Martha J. Senko and her husband, Robert of Conneaut Lake, PA, two brothers, William F. Carr of Arizona and Richard E. Carr and his wife, Carolyn of New Mexico. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours. A private Graveside Service will be held at the convenience of the family in Miller Station Cemetery. Burial will take place in the Miller Station Cemetery.
