Margaret Ann Kilburn Gracey Hines

Margaret Ann Kilburn Gracey Hines, age 88 of Hartstown, PA passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at her daughter's home. She was formerly of Farmdale, Ohio having resided there for 40 years during her married life and spent 26 years living in Meadville, PA. She was born December 19, 1926 in Warren, PA the daughter of the late Lawrence John and Gladys Marie Stoke Kilburn. She had married Allen Andrew Gracey on June 21, 1944. He preceded her in death in 1982. She subsequently married Howard Hines. He preceded her in death in 2007. She had attended Meadville Schools. She grew up on French Street in Meadville. Margaret had worked for Woolworths for 16 years, American Viscose Company, Talon and retired as a core maker with Meadville Malleable (now Amcast) after 40 years of service. She was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Meadville, PA where she had been married and had her children baptized. She enjoyed cleaning house, mowing the lawn, her flowers, working and in her earlier years, she enjoyed bear and deer hunting. Margaret is survived by her daughter: Pamela J. Calvin and her husband Richard of Hartstown, PA, a son: Wayne Allen Gracey and his wife Carol of Chugiak, Alaska, 8 grandchildren: Deborah Hall and her husband Bob of Linesville, PA, Darlah Calvin of Chapin, South Carolina, Jeffrey Calvin and his wife Tanya of Chapin, South Carolina, Randy P. Calvin and his wife Jessica of Hartstown, PA, Jennifer Gracey of Japan, Shawn Gracey and his wife Stacey of Chugiak, Alaska, Jason Gracey and his wife Courtney of Orangeville, Ohio and Douglas Gracey of Orangeville, Ohio, fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, two sisters: Dorothy Kilburn Coon of Meadville, PA, Myrna Zuti and her husband Bob of Poland, Ohio, a brother: Lawrence Dell Kilburn and his wife Bonnie of Meadville, PA. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews and especially close to Nancy Myers and a great-granddaughter Hannah Calvin. In addition to her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by a son: Douglas Gracey and two brothers: Jack Kilburn and Holly "Cork" Kilburn, a sister: Maxine Foust and a brother-in-law: Lawrence Coon.
