Marian Elizabeth Hopkins

Elizabeth (Davis) Hopkins, age 85 of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014 at her residence. Marian was born December 29, 1928 in Meadville, PA the daughter of the late Bert and Elizabeth Davis. She married Floyd Hopkins on February 28, 1948. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1985. Marian had attended Dicksonburg Schools. She was of the Methodist Faith. She had enjoyed cooking, baking and watching television. Marian enjoyed her time being around the house. Marian is survived by two daughters: Sara Faust of Meadville, PA and Patty Hopkins of Meadville, PA, four sons; Floyd Hopkins Jr. of Meadville, PA, Roger Hopkins of Erie, PA, David Hopkins of Conneaut Lake, PA and Douglas Hopkins of Harmonsburg, PA, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a sister; Annebell Miller of Erie, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, and her husband, Marian was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 5 to 7:00 PM at the Dickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316. The funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday at the Dickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA with Pastor Paul Houseworth, of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Meadville, officiating.
