Marjorie Peters

Marjorie Anne Peters of Meadville, PA passed away on her birthday, Sunday July 9, 2023 in Saegertown, PA after a battle with cancer.  She was born on July 9, 1952 in Meadville, PA to the late William and Harriet (Thomas) Raab.  She married William E. Peters on July 23, 1999.  He survives.

Marjorie earned an Associate’s degree in business.  She worked as a bookkeeper at various tool shops in the Meadville area.  She was a member of St. Agatha’s Church.  She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, Bill, she is survived by her daughters, Cassandra Parker and her significant other, Carl Haemer of Saegertown, PA and Samantha Kaye of Meadville, PA and her step-daughter, Laura Mealy and her husband, Carl of Meadville, PA; five grandchildren, Lauren Kellogg (Xavier), Darren Walker, Branden Walker, Kaitlen Walker and Morghen Walker; three sisters, Mary Grill and her husband, John of Ft. Myers, FL, Polly Harrison and her husband, Ed of Vienna Center, OH and Kathy Fitzsimmons of Meadville, PA; three brothers, William A. Raab and his wife, Nina of Sun City Center, FL, John Raab of San Diego, CA and Matthew Raab of Meadville, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Joseph Raab.

As per Marjorie’s wishes, services will be private at the convenience of the family.
