Marjorie Zinnamosca

Marjorie Zinnamosca, age 85, of Meadville, PA went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Embassy of Park Avenue. Marjorie was born January 25, 1938 in Pittsburgh,PA to the late Carl and Elva (Roehrig) Powell . She married Marcello Zinnamosca on November 22, 1958. He preceded her in death on March 6, 2023. Marjorie was a graduate of Saegertown High School. She had worked for the Meadville YMCA Childcare as the kitchen manager and a homemaker. Marjorie was affiliated with Denny’s Chapel. In 1999, Marcello and Marjorie moved to Florida where they lived for 20 years before moving back to Meadville where they grew up. Marjorie enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with family. Marjorie is survived by her three sons, Mark and his wife, Deb of Hampstead, MD, Brian and his wife, Lori of Sanford, FL and Chris of Meadville, PA; 6 grandchildren, Stephanie and her husband Ryan Edwards and their daughter, Haley, Christian Zinnamosca and Cara, Joel, Jillian and Dereck Zinnamosca; 2 brothers- in- law, Dr. John Zinnamosca and his partner Lloyd of Conneaut Lake, PA and Jack Kowallis of Conneaut Lake, PA. Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; her sister Elva Kowallis and her brother Carl Powell. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday July 29, 2023 from 4 pm to 6pm at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA 16335.
