Marlene Tenon

Marlene Ann Tenon, age 74, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2020 at Rolling Fields Nursing Home after a short illness. She was born on June 29, 1945, in New Lebanon, PA, the daughter of the late Bill and Betty (Schroeder) George.

Marlene was a beloved Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, and Aunt.  Family was of the utmost importance to her. She was a wonderful cook and had an innate ability for decorating, and a creative skill of crocheting; sharing her beautiful afghans and works with family and friends.

Marlene is survived by three children:  Raymond Eger and his wife, Debbie of Meadville, PA,
Lisa Cybyske and her husband, Bryan of Westminster, CO and Bill Tenon and wife, Brittany of Conneautville, PA; five grandchildren, Jonathan Smock of MO, Melissa Becker of CO, Tasha Learn and her husband, Chris of PA and Elizabeth Tenon of OH and two great grandchildren, Carter of CO and Harper of PA; her very dear friend, Billy Thompson; one sister, Dorothy Hedglin and her husband, Fred of DuBois,PA and her brother, William George of Meadville, PA.

In addition to her parents, Marlene was preceded in death by her brother, Bob George and her nephew, Jeff George.

Burial will be the New Lebanon Cemetery.  A Celebration of Life will be held for Marlene at a later date.
