Mary Lou Rowland

Mary Lou (DiPalma) Rowland, 67, of Meadville, PA, passed away Friday, October 6, 2023, in Cleveland, Ohio with her family by her side. Born March 5, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, she is predeceased by her parents John and Elizabeth DiPalma.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, Frederick; sister, Catherine DiPalma of Cleveland, Ohio; brother-in-law, Robert (Laura) Lovequist of Cleveland, Ohio; nieces: Sarah (Joseph Sheppa) Lovequist, Amanda Lovequist, Ashley Lovequist, Allyson Whipple, Elizabeth (Susan Hogue) Lovequist, Meredith Whipple; great-nephews Porter and Lincoln; great-nieces Gwendolyn and Sloane; and many family members.

In addition to her parents, Mary Lou is predeceased by her brother John DiPalma and sister Gloria Lovequist.

Mary Lou was a 1974 graduate of Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst, Ohio and played percussion in the marching band. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, sewing, cross stitching, crafting, and cooking.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA, 16335, and the family will receive guests there on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Her ashes will be scattered at a future date.
