Michael Burns

Michael Christopher Burns, age 56, passed away on Sunday September 10, 2023 at Meadville Medical Center.  He was born on July 27, 1967 in Greenville, PA to the late Robert and Marilynn (Buel) Burns.

Michael graduated from Point Park University and Thiel College.  He was employed by Voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation in Farrell, PA.  He enjoyed golfing and was a sports fan; especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.

He is survived by his sisters, Andrea McConnell (David) of Atlantic, PA and Karin Byler of Conneaut Lake, PA; his nieces, Megan McConnell, Abby Beresford (Paul) and Grace Byler; great nephews, Grayson Smith and Rowen Beresford and his great niece, Adalaya Beresford.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents.

Private services will be held.  In honor of Mike’s memory, the family is holding a Celebration of Life at Crystal Lake Inn (Hartstown) on September 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm.  All family and friends are invited to attend.

Michael will be laid to rest at Rocky Glenn Cemetery.
