Michael Vincent Debisceglia

Michael Vincent DeBisceglia, age 26, of Erie, passed away on January 24, 2018. He was born July 3, 1991 in Virginia Beach, VA, the son of Joseph P. DeBisceglia and Trina Meny.             Michael had attended St. Michael’s through his elementary years then went to Villa Maria Academy for Junior High years. Michael was an avid soccer player, and the family had so much enjoyment watching him.  His smile would light up any room and his laughter was contagious.  He simply loved his life and was very much looking forward to start living it.  There are so many wonderful memories for all of us to hold onto. Michael was loved dearly by all his family and friends.             Michael, you will always be greatly missed.  You were a wonderful son, and a good daddy.              Michael is survived by his parents: Joseph P. DeBisceglia and his wife Kelly Hood of Erie, PA, his mother: Trina Looker of Hertford, NC, two daughters: Carmela and Angelina and his son: Domonic, and the mother of his children: Michelle Baughman, his brother: Danny Hood and his wife Janet, three sisters: Deseree Erdley and her husband Josh, Crystal Meny, and BreAnna Rother and her husband Jeremy, his uncle: Trent Lentz and his wife Stephanie, his aunt: Tiffany Smith and her husband Randy, his maternal grandmother: Bonnie Edwards, his grandmother: Betty Reed, grandfather: Bill Reed and his wife Dottie, two brothers: Wayne Reed and his wife Paula and Mark Reed and his wife Amy and a sister: Kim Reed. He is further survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.             Michael was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Vincent and Carmela DeBisceglia and his maternal grandfather: Joseph Meny.               Family and friends are welcome to call on Monday from 4 PM to 7PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA             Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, at 11 AM at St. Mary of Grace Church , 1085 Water Street, Meadville, PA with Father Jeffrey Lucas as Celebrant. Entombment will be in St. Brigid Mausoleum beside his grandmother Carmella.
