Nancy Brown

Nancy (Beach) Brown passed away Monday April 22, 2024.

She was born October 13, 1940, the only child of Francis Earl and Ethel (Blystone) Beach.

Nancy played the piccolo in the Cambridge Springs High School marching band and was the homecoming queen in 1957.  She graduated from CSHS in 1958 and then in 1959, she married her high school sweetheart, Elvin (Sonny) Brown.

She worked Finney’s in the ceramic shop, then Grandpa’s Gift Barn and in the fall she dressed as a black cat to show kids around Finney's Pumpkinville.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and her late best friend, Janet Beanland.

She is survived by her husband; her daughter, Tamara; her son, Timothy and his wife, Lori; her son, Tracy and six grandchildren and one great grandson.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday April 26, 2024 from 12-2 pm at Cambridge Springs Presbyterian Church, 338 S. Main St., Cambridge Springs, PA 16403.  Funeral service will take place at 2:00 pm with Reverend Tommy O’Leary officiating.  A private burial will take place at Cambridge Springs Upper Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Cambridge Springs Fire Department, 302 Venango Ave., Cambridge Springs, PA 16403.
