Nancy Perez

Nancy Lee (Malliard) Perez, age 73, of Meadville, PA passed away at her home on Monday February 2, 2026. She was born on April 28, 1952 in Meadville, PA to the late Harold and Ruth (Chatley) Malliard.

Nancy graduated from Meadville High School. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed getting out to go for car rides and to go out to eat.

She is survived by her children, Victoria Smith, Tonya Tunno and her significant other, James, Mary Jo Byers and her fiance, Steven, Jason Smith and his significant other, Laura and Donald Fredericks and his wife, Tracy all of Meadville; 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and two brothers, Harold Malliard and Randy Malliard and his wife, Tracy all of Cochranton, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Fredericks and Anthony Perez; her infant daughter, Tracy and her sister, Sandra Harvey.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 from 12-4 pm at American Legion Saegertown Post #205.
