Norma I. Taylor, age 92 of Meadville, PA passed away on Wednesday July 16, 2014 at Meadville Medical Center. She was born on April 17, 1922 in Meadville, PA the daughter of the late Edward D. and Lulu Roche Chace. She had married George Noga. She subsequently married Doyle Taylor. They both preceded her in death. She had been employed at the Greenville Steel Car as a wheel assembler. She also had worked as a cook at the Silver Shores Restaurant in Conneaut Lake for over 20 years. Norma had attended St. Agatha Church in Meadville. She is survived by a nephew, James (Jim) Chace and his wife, Corinne of Guys Mills, PA and a niece, Linda King and her husband, Steve of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, and her husbands, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry Noga and two brothers, Jim and Calvin and sisters, Charlotte, Edna and Vivian. Family and friends are welcome to call on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 7 to 8 PM at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA. The funeral service will be held at 8 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home with Father Matthew Kujawinski, of St. Agatha Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Anderson Cemetery.
