Patsy Ann Brown

Patsy Ann Brown, age 82 of Linesville, PA passed away on December 3, 2013 at the Crawford County Care Center. She was born July 5, 1931 in Meadville, PA the daughter of the late Harold and Marion (Line) Dykes. She married Paul L. Brown on March 4, 1954. He survives. She had been employed as a Certified Nurse's Assistant for awhile then dedicated her time to taking care of her family. She enjoyed square dancing, painting by numbers, taking bicycle rides and taking walks. She was the past Department President of the Daughter of Union Veterans of the Civil War. She is survived by her husband, Paul L. Brown of Linesville, PA, four daughters, Deborah Grant and her husband, Ronald of Meadville, PA, Darlene Brown of Linesville, PA, Charlene States and her husband, Virgil of Linesville, PA and Jodi Brown of Meadville, PA; ten grandchildren, Monica Robinson and her husband, Michael, Tonia Shartle, Misty Onderko and her husband, Anthony, Jessica Davis and her husband, Michael, Harold Grant and his wife, Angela, Paul Grant, Cherry Grant, Michael Brown, Kerrie Willis and Richard Willis Jr. She is further survived by 20 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her cousins, who were like a brother and sister, Raymond Lewis and his wife, Marlene of Pittsburgh, PA and Merty Manes of Orlando, Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Brown and by an aunt, Dorothy Lewis. Family and friends are welcome to call on Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 2 to 4 PM at the Dickson Funeral Home & Crematory, 130 N Second Street, Conneaut Lake, PA, and they may attend the funeral service at 4 PM at the funeral home, with Rev. Shane Thompson, officiating of the Asera Care Hospice. Inurnment will take place in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Vernon Township.
