Paul Gross

Paul E. Gross, age 74, of Meadville, PA passed away suddenly after a brief illness on Wednesday May 10, 2023. He was born on September 22, 1948 in Meadville, PA to Helen (Crago) Gross and the late Donald Gross. He married Diane Prenatt on October 26, 1968. She survives.

Paul graduated from Randolph East Mead High School in 1966. He then served in the U.S. Army for two years. He retired from Lord Corporation after 35 years.

He was an avid golfer. He golfed in numerous leagues at Venango Valley Golf Course and he also worked as a ranger there. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, especially watching them play sports.

In addition to his wife of 54 years, Diane, he is survived by his mother, Helen of Guys Mills, PA; his daughters, Holly Hahn and her husband, Bryan of Cochranton, PA and Heather Triola and her husband, Jamie of Saegertown, PA and his son, Zachary Gross and his wife, Heidi of Conneaut Lake, PA; 7 grandchildren, Nicholas Hahn, Luke, Grace, Maggie and Ross Triola and Ziva and Hunter Gross and his sister, Kathy Beuchat of Guys Mills, PA.

Paul was preceded in death by his father and an infant son, Chad.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Paul will be laid to rest at St. Hippolyte Cemetery.
