Paul Timothy Homer

            Paul Timothy Homer, age 45 of Meadville passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at his residence.             He was born on July 9, 1971 in Meadville, the son of Margaret Louise Gilbert and the late Elbert Ambrose Homer.             Paul enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics. He also enjoyed taking part in UCIP Programs. They played a big part of his life, with the activities they shared with him.             Paul is survived by his mother Margaret Louise Castile and her husband Alfred Castile of Guys Mills, PA, a brother: John Elbert Homer and his wife Nancy of Conneautville, PA, two nieces: Christy Wheeler and her husband Benjamin and their son Josiah of Tupelo, Mississippi, Cassie Chupp and her husband Bradley of Conneautville, PA, a nephew: Caleb Homer of Conneautville, an uncle: John R. Homer and his wife Juanita of Grove City.             In addition to his father, Paul he was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey James Homer in 2002, and a sister Sarah Etta Homer in 2009.             Family and friends are welcome to call on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 10 AM until the time of the service at 12 noon, at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335, with Pastor Phillip Thomas of the Bible Baptist Church in Meadville, officiating.
