Pauline Puchacz

Pauline K. Puchacz, age 62, of Meadville, PA passed away at her home on Sunday January 25, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1963 in Krakow, Poland to the late Paul and Anna (Kocaj) Wysocki. She married Michael Puchacz on September 27, 1986. He preceded her in death on September 26, 2014.

Pauline was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her uncle, Bogdan Kocaj and his wife, Stanislava of Krakow, Poland and her stepsister, Joanna Xydias Fordham and her husband, Walter of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

All services will be private.

Pauline will be laid to rest at Greendale Cemetery.
