Peggy Dixon

Peggy Jean Dixon, 79, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at UPMC Hamot surrounded by her loving family.

Peggy was a champion for young children as she worked in early childhood education for the entirety of her career.

Peggy was the daughter of the late John and Mildred Hogan of Meadville, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Pat Hogan; sister, Nancy Pringle and late husband, Clarence Jones.

She is survived by husband, Edward Dixon of Meadville; brothers, Garry Hogan (Kathy) of Aliquippa, PA and David Hogan (Joan) of Greenwood, Indiana; daughters, Debbie and son-in- law, Ed Rosenbaum, Sherry  and son- in- law, Jeff Schryver and Cindy Dixon Clary; sons, Jim and daughter- in-law, Jackie Jones  and Brian Dixon. Peggy was blessed with grandchildren, Blake and Joseph Rosenbaum, Chris and Corey Jones, Katherine Gianino, Ellie Leonard, Alex Mitchell, Rylee Dixon, and four great grandchildren.
