Phyllis Riggs

February 18, 1959 — March 18, 2012

Phyllis attended Meadville Area High School until she married the love of her life, Donnie Riggs on November 16, 1974. Together they embarked on a journey that would take 34 years and would end when Donnie succumbed to lung cancer on November 28, 2008, (Thanksgiving Day), just days past their 34th wedding anniversary.
