Rayann Sue Wiler

Rayann was a 1986 graduate of Saegertown High School. She volunteered at the Meadville Food Pantry and worked various jobs around Meadville. She was in the US Army Reserves from 1989 - 1990. She was raised by her grandparents John L. Tatters and Ruth C. Tresser Tatters.
