Raymond Bailey

Raymond E. Bailey, Sr., age 81, of Geneva, PA passed away at Rolling Fields on November 12, 2023.  He was born on June 22, 1942 to the late William and MaryAnna (Coral) Bailey.  He married Edna Glancy on June 22, 1991.  She survives.

Raymond worked as a truck driver for PennDot until his retirement.  He then drove school buses for Laidlaw and Hubbard.  He attended the Methodist Church in Geneva.

Raymond loved fishing in Geneva swamp.  He enjoyed eating, watching stock car racing on TV and he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Carol Ann Bailey of Erie, PA, Kenneth “Fudd” Bailey and his wife, Kim of Conneaut Lake, PA and Raymond Bailey, Jr. and his wife, Kim of Conneaut Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Amanda, Raymie III, Justin, William, Renee and Ashley; 9 great-grandchildren and one brother, Donald Bailey and his wife, Sharon of Conneaut Lake, PA.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings, Dick, Robert, Bonnie Jean, Marguerite, Carol Ann and Charles.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
