Robert Crisman

Robert L. Crisman, Sr., age 82, of Pierson Ave., Meadville, PA, passed away October 6th, 2020 at home.  Robert was born in Titusville, PA on July 2, 1938, son of Mr and Mrs John and Mae Crisman, who are now deceased.  He was an active member of his church at New Beginnings in Meadville.   Bob was retired and enjoyed his time hunting and going with his friends to local establishments.

Bob served in the US Army for 2 years from 1957 to 1959.  He was employed by several spring factories in California, one in which he moved to Townville to manage. He was a State Farm Insurance Agent for 2 years and drove for several trucking companies, including PPG.   He also managed his own car wash for several years in downtown Meadville.

He will be remembered by his remaining family.  His partner and friend, Kelle Consla;  his brothers,  James and Bonnie Crisman of Pleasantville, PA,   Richard  and Karen Crisman  and their son of Titusville, PA and a sister,  Bob and Beverly Taylor  residing in California; Betty Crisman who resides in Florida;  his son,  Robert  and Kathy  Crisman, Jr. and  his children,  Matthew Crisman and Josh and Torry Fulbright; son in law,  Mark Szitas and his sons, Chuck and  Jeremy  and several  other nieces, nephews  and cousins.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mae Crisman;   his brother, Bill Crisman and his daughter, Deborah Szitas.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday October 8, 2020 at 12:00 at New Beginnings Church of God 13226 Leslie Rd., Meadville, PA 16335.
