Robert L Holmes, Jr.

Robert L. Holmes, Jr., 71, passed away March 16, 2019 at Rolling Fields.  He was born on August 13, 1947 in Grove City, PA to the late Robert L. Holmes, Sr. and Bessie (McFadden) Holmes.  Robert was formerly married to Charmaine V. Holmes.

Prior to his retirement Robert worked as a security officer for the Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Robert enjoyed building model airplanes, computer repair work, as well as building computers and he loved fishing.

He is survived by two daughters, Misty Daly of Cortland, Ohio and Dawn Kaufman of Indianapolis, Indiana; three grandchildren, Gage Holmes, Trinity Daly and Samantha Gruenewald; one sister, Loretta Holmes of Braddock, PA.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Bessie Holmes.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA 16335.  A time of sharing will be held at the funeral home at 5 p.m.
