Robert E. Snow

Robert E. Snow, age 57, of Meadville, PA, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Meadville Medical Center surrounded by his family. He was born May 5, 1957 in Meadville, PA the son of Janice Shipley, who resides in Meadville, PA and Sharkey Shipley, who preceded him in death. Other surviving parents are Ron Snow of Meadville and Harry Bowersox of Albion. He was a member of the VFW Post 2006, Meadville, PA and the West Mead Township Volunteer Fire Company Social Club. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Chance. He had many hobbies, some of which include, wood working, fishing, hunting, camping, computer gaming, and pen making. His creative spirit lives on in the many beautiful works he has created. He is survived by his five children; Cheyenne Allen and her husband, John of Polk, PA; Rebecca Snow of Harrisville, PA; Nathan Snow of Franklin, PA; Robert S. Snow of Meadville, PA and Gina Snow of Franklin, three grandchildren,; Gavyn Allen, Persephone Allen of Polk, and Sarah Emily Snow of Meadville, PA He is survived by his many siblings from the Shipley and Snow family; Roderick Snow, Kim Snow, Roger Snow, Tammara Shipley, all of Meadville, PA and from the Bowersox family; Tammy Bowersox of Meadville; Vicky Denman of Texas; Raymond Bowersox of North Carolina; Scott Bowersox of Meadville; and Brenda Soltis of Albion. In addition to his father, Robert was preceded in death by his siblings, Robin Shipley and Glenn Bowersox. Family and friend are invited to call at the Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home & Crematory, 614 Baldwin Street, Meadville, PA on Saturday from 1 PM until time of the Memorial Service at 2 PM with Pastor Lucas Hanna of the Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church, Meadville, officiating.
