Rowena May Thomas

Rowena married Byron David and he passed away in 1962. She then married Frank E. Thomas and he preceded her in death on October 5, 2007. She attended the University of New Mexico 1934-1937 majoring in business education, accounting, and business management. She worked in several banks, a computer company in Florida, and First Federal Bank in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Rowena has lived in many places and settled in Northwestern PA in 1995. No matter the location, everything was a beautiful picture and she would consider painting it. She attended Cambridge Springs Baptist Church. She was a member of the Retired Officers Wives in Ft. Lauderdale, was President of the Eastern Star and a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She enjoyed painting and bird watching. She loved to entertain and no one was a stranger. She was a wonderful mother and role model.
