Russell J. Klins

Russell J. Klins, age 76 of Meadville, PA passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015 at Meadville Medical Center, with his family by his side. He was born June 5, 1939 in Meadville, PA the son of the late Walter and Audrey F. Beuchat Klins. He married Sandra Lee Hamilton and shared 35 years of marriage. Russell was employed by the Erie-Lackawanna Railroad. He had also been employed by PENNCREST School District, the Meadville Malleable and at Drafto Corporation. He was a member of the Our Lady of the Springs Church in Ocala, Florida. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, No. 219 in Meadville, PA. He was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed hunting, all sports and woodworking. Russell is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sandra Lee Klins of Meadville, PA, two sons: Rick Anthony Klins and his wife Shelby of Saegertown, PA and Jack Andrew Klins and his wife Kim of Townville, PA, three daughters: Lorraine Elizabeth Reedy and her husband Joel of Erie, PA, Lisa Diane Malliard and her husband David of Tavares, FL, and Brita Rizzo and her husband Mark of Ocoee, FL, seven grandchildren: Amber Barrett, Randy Klins, Kevin Klins, Zachary Klins, Bradley Klins, Dana Klins and Carter Rizzo, four great-grandchildren: Penny, Lana, Kal-El and Kori, a sister: Donna Marie Aaron and her husband Robert of Meadville, PA, special aunt: Jayne Beuchat and cousins, Judy Beuchat and Larry Beuchat. In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by two uncles: Ray Beuchat and Bill Beuchat and by two aunts: Mary Jacobs and Joanne Dellamedaglia.
