Ruth was a graduate of McKees Rocks High School. She worked at Forest Grove Kindergarten from 1960 - 1978 and was a voting poll worker at Forest Grove. She was an elder at Forest Grove Community Church of Coraopolis. She enjoyed baking, reading and traveling with friends.
