Sandra Lee Klins, age 84, of Meadville, PA passed away July 2, 2026, at Wesbury United Methodist Community with her family by her side. Sandra was born October 11, 1941, in Meadville, PA. to the late John and Mary (Czech) Hamilton. She married Russell J. Klins and shared 35 years of marriage. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2015.

Sandra was a 1959 graduate of Cochranton High School and a 1978 graduate of Edinboro University with degrees in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. She was employed at PENNCREST School District for 35 years as a preschool teacher. Sandra also had a craft business with her husband for 17 years. They had shows from New York to Tennessee. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.

Sandra is survived by her two sons; Rick Anthony Klins and his wife Shelby, of Saegertown, PA and Jack Andrew Klins and his wife Kim, of Townville, PA., three daughters; Lorraine Elizabeth Reedy and her husband Joel, of Erie, PA., Lisa Diane Maillard and her husband David, of Meadville, PA., and Brita Rizzo, and her husband , Mark of Winter Garden FL., six grandchildren; Amber King, Randy Klins, Kevin Klins, Zachary Klins, Dana Edwards, and Carter Rizzo, and nine great-grandchildren; Aubrey Barrett, Penny Edwards, Ruby Edwards, Lana Klins, Kal-El Klins, Grayson Klins, Kori Klins, Logan Pfeil, and Julie Stevens, one brother, John Hamilton and his wife Peggy, of Meadville, PA., one sister, Carol Smith, a sister in law, Donna Aaron and her husband Robert, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, Russell, she was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Hamilton Kantz, her brother,Jim Hamilton, a beloved niece Mary Alice Hamilton Corliss, a brother-in-law, Thomas Smith and her blessed grandson, Bradley John Klins.

Per Sandra’s wishes, services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
