Sandra Morian

Sandra “Sandy” Joyce Morian, age 70, of Conneaut Lake, PA passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday September 16, 2023.  She was born on December 22, 1952 in Meadville, PA to the late Alfred and Carolyn (Corey) Sisco.  She married Robert “Terry” Morian on June 9, 1972.  He survives.

Sandy graduated from Conneaut Lake High School and Erie Business Center.  She was employed at PPG.

She was a member of Trinity Global Methodist Church, where she was very active.  She was also involved with the Samaritans of Conneaut Lake and the VFW Auxiliary of Linesville.  She participated in the Living Christmas Tree for many years. Sandy enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading, crafting and spending time with her family and friends, especially attending her grandchildrens’ sporting events.

In  addition to her husband of 51 years, she is survived by her daughters, Alice Battles and her husband, Jeff of Conneaut Lake, PA and  Amber Morian-Gowetski and her husband, Brad of Geneva, PA; her grandchildren, Kylee Battles and her fiancé, Kane Kehl, Logan Battles and his significant other, Maddy Corner, Maggie Battles, JJ Gowetski and Robert Gowetski; her sister, Joanne Pearl and her husband, Mike of Meadville, PA; her brother, Mark Sisco and his wife, Angela of Cochranton, PA; her brother-in-law, Bill Morian and his wife, De; many nieces and nephews and her honorary daughter, Mary Crabb and her husband, Mark and their daughters, Ashley and Kaitlyn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Glenn Morian and her sister-in-law, Carolyn Morian.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday September 19, 2023 from 4-7 pm at Dickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 130 N. 2nd St., Conneaut Lake, PA and Wednesday September 20, 2023 from 10 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am at Trinity Global Methodist Church, 240 N. 3rd St., Conneaut Lake with Pastor Keith McIlwain officiating.  Sandy will be laid to rest at Rocky Glenn Cemetery.
