Sharon Menold

Sharon K. Menold, age 68, of Meadville, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday February 6, 2025 at Meadville Medical Center. She was born on December 14, 1956 in Grove City, PA to the late Thomas L. and Betty L. (Miller) Bucklew. She married Paul Menold on September 7, 1974. He survives.

Sherry graduated from Meadville High School in 1974. She worked various jobs until she was hired by Dr. Barry Bittman at the Mind Body Wellness where she worked for 30 plus years. She proudly opened, owned and operated “Sherry’s Drive-In”, which was her dream car-hop 50s and 60s themed restaurant.  She also sold real estate for RE/MAX for over 20 years.

She loved traveling, especially to beaches, boating and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband of 50 years, Paul, she is survived by her children, Amy Jones and her husband, Timothy of Meadville, PA and Jeffrey Menold and his wife, Jolene of Clarion, PA; three grandchildren, Elliott Menold and Avery and Allyson Jones; her brothers, Thomas Bucklew and his wife, Vicky, Randy Bucklew and his wife, Missy and Pete Bucklew and his wife, Theresa and her sister-in-law, Eula Jean Moses Bucklew.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Bucklew, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Richard and Jill Maines.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday February 11, 2025 from 11:00 am to the time of the service at 2:00 pm which will be officiated by Pastor Loren Little.
