Stephen Carpin

Stephen Carpin, age 37, of Meadville, PA passed away unexpectedly on July 12, 2021.  He was born on February 24, 1984 in Erie, PA to Daniel Carpin and Tracy (Talkington) Carpin.  He married Tanya Walker on October 20, 2010.  She survives.

Stephen attended Maplewood High School.  He worked for Miller Maintenance.  Stephen was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and he enjoyed life and making people happy.

He is survived by his parents, Tracy Carpin and her significant other, Andrew Acton of Meadville, PA and Daniel Carpin and his significant other, Kelly Calvin of Meadville, PA; his wife, Tanya Walker of Meadville, PA; two daughters, Kyla Walker and Ava Carpin and one son, Jamison Carpin; brothers, Robert Carpin of Meadville, PA, Andrew Carpin and his wife, Kittie of Meadville, PA and Adam Carpin of Meadville, PA and sisters, Sara Carpin of Meadville, PA, Emily Carpin of Meadville, PA and Rowen Woods of Meadville, PA; paternal grandparents, John and Shirley Jordan of Erie, PA and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Erica Carpin and his brother, Benjamin Carpin and his maternal grandparents, Bud and Maryann Talkington.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday July 16, 2021 from 3-5 pm at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldiwn St. Meadville, PA 16335.  A service will take place at 5 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Brian Hasenkopf officiating.
