Sue A. Thomas

Sue A. Thomas, age 52, of Meadville, passed away on June 22, 2018 at the Meadville Medical Center.  She was born February 25, 1966 in Sharon, PA, a daughter of Bob Thomas and Carol (Hartwick) Thomas.  She was engaged to Gary Porter, he survives. Sue was a graduate of Reynolds High School.  She was employed with the Crawford Central School District as a Teacher’s Aide. Sue was a member of the VFW and Station 27.  She enjoyed spending time with her son and grandchildren.  She enjoyed her job at Crawford Central School District working with students of all ages.  Sue was adored by all of her students. She is survived by her fiancé, Gary Porter of Meadville; her father, Bob Thomas and his wife Melissa of Transfer, PA; her mother, Carol of Mercer, PA;  her son, Gerrad Porter of Meadville; a granddaughter, Aria Rane Porter and a grandson, Karter Woods; one sister, Tracey Williams of Transfer, PA and one brother, Bob Thomas of Transfer, PA.  She is further survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.  Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at the Funeral Home.
