Susan Mitchell

Susan M. Mitchell, age 79, of Saegertown, PA passed away at home surrounded by her family on July 14, 2021.  She was born on February 18, 1942 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Susan enjoyed working at Plaza Coin Laundry for Brian Gilmore.  She was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandkids.

She is survived by three children, Jennifer Lord and her husband, Ronald of Saegertown, PA, David Mitchell and his wife, Tricella of Norfolk, VA and Stacey Scapes of Meadville, PA; grandchildren, Michelle Mitchell, Glenn Mitchell, Sara Mitchell, Dakota Lord, Christopher Lord, Mary Juliano, Toni Scapes, Tyler McKalip, Anneica Mitchell, David Mitchell Jr., McKayla Mitchell, Gabriel Mitchell; great grandchildren, Cameron Ashbaugh, Sophia Freligh, Vanessa Mitchell, Braden Mitchell, Isabella Mitchell, Christian Kleckner, Caius Kleckner, Jaxon Kleckner and soon-to-be Zalen Nolf and two sisters, Marsha Briggs of Pittsburgh, PA and Janice Stewart of Meadville, PA.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John Richard Mitchell.
