Susanne Cree

Susanne Cree, age 77, of Meadville, PA passed away at her home on Thursday August 15, 2024.  She was born on April 4, 1947 in Meadville, PA to the late Edwin and Gladys (Hill) Cree.

Susanne graduated from Randolph High School.  After high school graduation, she attended beauty school in Erie. She briefly worked at Talon and National Teltronics and she also owned her own salon in Meadville for a short while. She then continued on at various other salons as a beautician until her retirement.

She was a member of New Beginnings Church of God.

Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren play sports and going to their concerts.  She enjoyed baking for her friends and neighbors and she loved her cat.

Susanne is survived by her daughter, Tammy Breckenridge and her husband, Ryan of Meadville, PA; her grandsons, Tucker and Cooper; her beloved cat, Simba and many close friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Samuel Cree.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday August 18, 2024 from 12-2 pm at Hatheway-Tedesco Funeral Home and Crematory, 614 Baldwin St., Meadville, PA 16335. Funeral service will be at the funeral home at 2:00 pm with Pastor Keith Mitchell officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Kingsley Cemetery in Townville, PA.
