Tammy was married to Walter "Tad" Gallagher III, he preceded her in death on June 6, 2005. She attended Conneaut Lake School and she worked for the Eagles Club #429 and Jim's News. She attended Christ Episcopal Church and belonged to the ICC Club and the Eagles. She liked to garden and camp. She shot pool for Lakeland Pool League for Dry Dock. She loved her dogs Suzie-Q and Bella
